Bursting on the Inside – Hand-painted Custom Mad Mutant Spraycan by Jeremey MadL x Martian Toys

This toy was hand-painted and customised for an exhibition at Mothership Gallery in Philadelphia for Martian Toys. This toy has a funny story – while I was preparing it to be painted I accidentally broke the arm off which meant I had to figure out how to fix it! After some scratching of my head it ended up inspiring the idea to sculpt a tentacle bursting out of the socket and holding up the arm as if there’s some eldritch creature trying to take hold of this guy. A little happy accident.
